Excellent for a ski or snowboard trip

Everything is perfect: the staff is wonderful, the breakfast buffet has enough variety, they have a separate room for your snow equipment, and it's really close to the ski slopes. The room was huge and the view of the mountains from the room was phenomenal.

Very pleasant stay

The truth is that I liked everything, the hotel is very nice with quite new facilities, everything looks very clean and well-kept, the decoration is very nice. The rooms are good size and very comfortable. The ski storage is perfect.

The fantastic staff is always very attentive and friendly.

Excellent treatment

I have been to the hotel recently (between February 8 and 14). Perhaps the location of the hotel within the center of Pas is somewhat remote. But honestly, having stayed in other accommodations within Pas, I can even appreciate it due to the hustle and bustle that sometimes forms in the center.

About the hotel, above all, I have to highlight the incredible human quality of the people who work there. For me, one of the places where the workers have been most pleasant, always with a smile, always listening and ready to help on any occasion. The rooms may be a little narrow, but for me they are totally functional and more than ready for my needs. The cleaning is quite good and above all very attentive when leaving for the slopes, to be able to leave it impeccable. The bathroom, clean and with the necessary utensils.

Finally, I will say that the breakfast is quite complete, even varying some things during the week, to be able to have a wider range of options at breakfast time. In short, and in my opinion, the hotel is quite good. Not only because of how it is and what it offers, but above all because, as I said before, the people who work there, who seemed to me to be the most efficient and friendly.

We have spent some great days, the hotel is very comfortable and very clean and comfortable. Above all, I want to highlight the kindness of all the hotel staff, from the reception, the cafeteria... everyone has been most attentive, always trying to please customers. For them a 10!
